This application is designed to be completed in a single session. Your responses will be saved after you have submitted the application. Required questions are marked with an asterisk *. If you have questions, please email registrar@up.edu. We look forward to reviewing your application!

An application fee of $50 is required in order to submit your application. This fee is to be paid online with a credit card our through a US bank account. Please make that payment below.

Admission as a non-degree seeking student requires submission of this application if a bachelor's degree has not yet been earned.
Enrollment as a non-degree seeking student implies no commitment on the part of the University regarding regular admission at a later time.
Undergraduate non-degree seeking students cannot accumulate more than fifteen (15) credit hours. Full admission is required for enrollment after fifteen credit hours have been completed.
Successful course completion does not guarantee acceptance into a degree program.
A non-degree application and registration form must be submitted each term in which course enrollment is requested.
Courses taken by students in the non-degree status may not be applicable toward the requirements of a degree.
Non-degree seeking students are not eligible for financial aid.
